Coming to the end of my insurance with this company.. Of course their 'renewal offer' ballooned considerably, so naturally i went to turn off auto renewal (because that had been turned on without my say so)... Logged in.. Went to renewal options.. Oh look, auto renewal is LOCKED to ON... I have nearly a month left and they've locked it so I have to contact them directly to 'discuss' my insurance policy.. ? What is to discuss? I want to and I WILL be cancelling. Not jumping through their hoops, I will be cutting them off at the source with my bank! What an absolute nerve!

I rang as I was having a problem accessing my online policy; I also asked for help about insurance requirements for test driving a new car. The lady I was talking to in the online chat was Lauryn. I was very surprised and happy to be speaking to a real person, not AI and automated responses. The last company I ‘chatted’ to took over an hour, going back and forth with the same questions and I was demented by the time I hung up. This experience was great. Prompt responses, answered my questions, knew I was talking to a real, helpful person. I think the person’s ref was L3…. Thank you!! 🙏
Had insurance for the last 12 months problem free. Chose to not renew for personal reasons and used the portal for online chat. Spoke to JA7 (Jack A). Very helpful and dealt with cancellation quite easily.
Got a quote off confused.com for home insurance with one protect, throughly checked to see if it excluded flood cover before I purchased, nothing mentioned so went ahead with buying the policy, only after purchasing and on looking through the policy on the portal did I see now it excluded flood cover, policy was not due to start for 2 weeks & only way to contact them is through live chat, they wanted to charge me £50 administration fee to cancel, I said it was fraud as I was not informed of the flood cover exclusion and the policy was not in fact live yet, after a lengthy and very frustrating argument via the live chat the eventually refunded me 2 days later, avoid this company.

No fuss, no run-around—just professional service. This is how customer service should be: I left with clarity, not more questions or demands for unnecessary details.
Excellent customer service. Was a bit worried there was no telephone numbers so used online chat and didn't have to wait long to speak to someone. They resolved my questions very quickly, no complications. Very pleased with this company. Car insurance prices excellent too.

I reviewed and received my renewal insurance contents policy , it had almost doubled from last year , I was about to cancel and buy elsewhere, but reading the conditions of the policy renewal was advised to contact direct on live chat portal , at this time I was still going to cancel , then I was connected to a fantastic friendly empathetic lady called Megan “ ML2” who proceeded to look into and resolve my problem with the double costings, Megan “ML2” came back with a revised quote which was the best deal I have found to date, l had no hesitation to fully pay and proceeded as a very happy and delighted customer
Josh was very helpful once I got to speak to him. I was waiting on the phone, in a Queue, for approx. 20 minutes before my call was answered. I was very close to cancelling the policy I had set up the previous day. There were also delays in the chat responses which added to my frustration.
