avoid this company
This company is rubbish 3 months after my mother took out this policy they wanted so many documents after sending them multiple documents they decided to cancel her policy. I think they did this purpose just to keep her money!

Portal to change my number plate was not working so had to speak to on line chat, Charlie H who was very efficient and the process only took a few minutes.
Just used the chat messages with hp1. I have no complaints at all. It was quick and easy. I emailed last wk but haven't heard anything, hence the chat. 4 🌟 just because I'd have preferred a reply from the email or a telephone chat, But the person I was chatting with was 5🌟service.
I only needed a letter confirmed and it was done straight away.
TM1 was excellent in helping me via the chat , however it was a pain using the chat as the first person I got through to left the chat whilst I was typing my query so had to wait in another 15 minutes queue to get through to Thomas . Plus what was obviously a minor typo on documents cost me an amendment charge !

The customer service team were all very good. However, you failed to allow me to change the car on my insurance half way through the year. Your system would not give me a quote and your chat offered me a cost of over £1200 for the remaining 6 months up from £300 for the year. In the meantime my wife had taken over the insurance of the old car through you. Then when I cancelled the policy you managed to ensure there were enough charges to make sure I got nothing back. So our loyalty to you cost us dearly. All done very nicely by your service team but in the end a raw deal.
Elizabeth W was an incredibly kind, supportive and all round friendly (much more than any of her colleagues) agent. Unfortunately, I forgot about the chat and left her hanging, but when I went back to the web page, I sent the transcript to my email and her reply with the answer to my question was there! She did say in 30 minutes I will get a confirmation email on the validation documents for the insurance but Im still waiting (must be her colleagues fault, a follow up would be nice from anyone) all in all Elizabeth did everything I needed her to. I wish her the best of luck with the competition (and my insurance documents)!
First rate service all my questions answered with no hassle at all.I was offered some additions to my policy in a nice easy manner no pressure at all. The agents name was Elizabeth and she was excellent very helpful and informative in a very friendly manner.
I was on line to renew my insurance for building and contents. I was put through to ML2 and she was more than helpful. She got me a lower quote and it was easy to arrange. Paid for it there and then, all sorted. Thank you ML2.
I contacted the insurers to change my number plate to a personal one. I couldn’t do it online and noticed that changes could cost up to £42. I used the chat service and spoke to the agent Andrew AW1, who quickly and efficiently did the changes for me for a much more reasonable £5. I feel that Andrew quickly sorted out a potentially frustrating position to be in and enabled me to comply with the law. Thanks!
