Horrendous customer service
Company has horrendous customer service just rip me off Short story bought new car so needed to amend existing policy cost £150 on top of existing policy (£180) didn’t tell me it would have been cheaper to cancel then reinsure, hurried me along instead of taking time (was talking on chat) paid my money then found in my emails a new policy for £280 so contacted again to find out said policy cancellation fees etc to confirm this only to get a (haha) typed reply off chat person whilst trying to type my response, customer service is very bad avoid this company they come over as brokers not a professional insurance company and should give customers all options when possible. That is what a good insurance company would do, it goes to say buy cheap pay twice . I feel I’ve been conned.
