Found me a vehicle at very short notice, well priced, suitable for needs. Easy check in and return precess, and the shuttle to airport is helpful.

Excellent flexible service. Staff very friendly & helpful. Even returned a hat left in the car to airport departure area.

Reliable car and great staff
Quick and easy pick up and drop off. Got an upgrade due to vehicle now being avaliable but if was older and hated needing the key to lock it each time. (Booked 2021 model sedan got 2018 suv) apart from that it was a great vehicle and suited all our needs.
Everything made was clear and obvious. And communicated well and shuttle from the airport was quick once phone call was made. Car was a bit dated and sounding a bit tired but got me where I needed to go and good one fuel

The company made the pickup and drop off experience very easy and the Yaris we rented was in excellent condition. We rent 2 cars for 4 months each year from Omega but the rate for the second car wasn't competitive this year so we used another company for one car.
Very easy process. When we collected the car it was raining and cold. The lovely lady at reception loaned us an umbrella (to take on our trip) and made sure the car was ready for us. We felt valued and the car was a corker. Great value for money and great service, we'll be back!

The staff were prompt both times in making sure we had no waiting. The rental car was clean and served us well on our South Island tour. Ideal for the two of us.
The car was quiet old, had two windscreen crack repairs,was bit worried at times as i was doing long drives ,with poor repair facility in route.
Omega is my preferred rental car provider in NZ and the Auckland Airport depot always delivers good service
