great service and reliable vehicle
We picked up the car at Queenstown airport and returned it at Christchurch airport. Both office's staffs are helpful and the service is very good. The company has a shuttle service so it is convenience for the guests. The car (Toyota Highland)had lots of scratches on the body. We are luckily for bought full coverage insurance so there was no problem when we return it.
YOUR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, PICKED UP FROM THE AIRPORT, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT LONG. YOUR DRIVER WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE, AND VERY HELPFUL. OUR VEHICLE WE HAD WAS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND DROVE REALLY WELL.

It was easy to pick up the car and drop it off again. Quick process of signing and getting all the informations. But if you had questions and would like to ring someone in the company it’s not as easy and fast as it could be. First there was a lady, who wasnt that helpful and then she connected me to someone else, who was able to help

The affordability of the car was great and throw in the unlimited kms perfect. I knew I was getting an older car however compared to other companies this car was still 5 years newer and cheaper than the competition.
Charged for a windscreen chip. Said I’d be refunded partially once it was settled. Then never heard back
Great and quick service. Car was very clean. Only thing I didn't like was the screen was in Japanese so I couldn't use it.
When we picked the car up, it looked like the car had just been hosed down but not dried, so we had to find a cloth to wipe the windows to see out of them. Older model of car with some unfamiliar features. Once on our way, the car went well and we had no problems with it.
