From booking online, customer services was excellent from pickup and drop off. The car we hired was awesome.

Booked the car online, 3 months in advance, the Omega shuttle picked me up at the airport, the car was waiting for me, the staff were friendly and new my name, the car ran perfect and everything was explained to me properly, I returned the car a few days later and was returned to the airport by shuttle driven by a very polite young man, well done Omega, you will be highly recommended to my friends and family.

The process to pick up the car was quick and easy, no hassle, no waiting in a line. I extended my hire and arranged an alternative drop off location and the team found a way to accommodate me despite already having another booking for that vehicle.
