We got the car we wanted.

Great service. Pick up from airport was really quick. Customer service very friendly and explained everything clearly. When we dropped off rental car, staff quickly checked over the car and had us dropped off at the airport in no time.

Super easy to deal with this company from the booking, to the puck up, to the drop off. Great daily rates too!

Friendly staff, comfortable car, prompt service (pick up and drop off). Provided an older car for us to use so that we didn't have the added anxiety of driving around in a brand new one.

They organised pickup from the airport at 2.15am. Car was great 23 model Toyota yaris was great on petrol was clean and tidy. Easy as drop off and then they shuttled us to the airport. Smooth as transaction will hire with them again. Price was excellent

We found Omega Rentals really easy and accomodating. We made a last minute change to our drop off date and location and it was no problem at all. They even upgraded us for no extra cost as they didn't have the the original car we had booked available for the new dates we were changing too! The only minor issue we had was we have two young boys and had ordered car seats and they didn't know how to install them properly. They weren't brands we had used before either so we had to youtube and try install them at the depot with two very over it kids (1 and 3 yr old) from travelling all day. Other than that absolutely amazing service and car!

We had a good car and everything was good. The shuttle from the airport worked good and also the shuttle back after the normal office hours. We can recommend Omega!

The pickup from the airport was perfect The pickup process was perfect The dropoff process was perfect The shuttle back to the airport was even more perfect. My vehicle (2021 Toyota Corolla) drove extremely well. All the staff were friendly and painless to deal with. I wish all companies were like Omega.
