Really impressive service from Ocean assisting us remortgage. Luigi was extremely knowledgeable and regularly kept us informed and up to date on new products and services. He was happy to answer any questions and offered a very impressive service throughout. Claire was also very helpful and made the process very efficient and i would certainly recommend them to anyone looking at taking out a mortgage.

The Estate Agent that showed me the flat was very accommodating and helpful in our viewings and negotiations. What made this experience easy was after the acceptance of my offer, I had a Move Manager- Debbie West- that kept me informed of the process and made sure things were moving along even with a hard to reach Solicitor. Debbie made sure the process was smooth. She was very responsive to emails and phone calls up to the final exchange.

Sam McGreevy and the team at Ocean Real Estate were always available to us and negotiated a good deal on our behalf, as sellers. We live in Australia and were selling a house in Bristol. This added an extra layer of complexity which Sam took in his stride. He kept us well informed at all times. Sam is a local from the area where he sells, so he brings a useful knowledge of the area and it's attributes to the process. I can highly recommend Sam and the team at Ocean, Shirehampton.

I had a great experience purchasing my first home through Ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful, responded quickly to my queries and went out of their way to make sure the process was running smoothly at all stages. Particular thanks to Nathan for sorting my mortgage so seamlessly, and Debbie for ensuring that the completion happened on time when the solicitors were being frustratingly slow! I'd highly recommend Ocean, especially for first time buyers as they make the process much less stressful than it could be.

This was a very stressful house move due to various external factors, but Melissa (Move Manager at Westbury-on-Trym branch) helped to guide us through the process every step of the way, and could not have been any more responsive, communicative and helpful. Very bad experience, alot of unuseful emails that had the same content that mad you feel more pressured and stressed. In the other hand lack of the appropriate communication when you have any questions or concerns regarding the contract that is being sent as the last step of the whole renting process which is so strange because when you see the contract you would be surprised with how biased it is towards the landlord rights with alot of pages that full of laws that we have no idea about. And now they wouldn’t send you your holding deposit back which make no sense !!!, I didn’t rent the place ??!!

We have had superb assistance from Ocean Estate Agents, Westbury-on-Trym, particularly Mel (Melissa Bell) to sell our house. She has gone above and beyond to manage the process that presented more than the usual number of obstacles. If you see any poor reviews it is unlikely to apply to this part of Ocean home, more likely the conveyancing, so don't be put off. Thanks to Mel and her colleagues at Ocean, Westbury.

Despite multiple unseen issues Tanya and the team at Ocean Shirehampton were a much needed rock throughout. I'm adamant we would not be moving into our new home without the tireless efforts from Tanya. Extremely grateful to have had the help we did. Would give an extra star if I could

Everyone at Ocean Estate Agents were friendly, helpful and professional. They quickly identified the property style we wanted and were able to guide us to houses that were appropriate for us which saved us time looking at properties that wouldn't be for us. Despite some legal delays, the whole team stuck with us and were really supportive. Whenever we came in the branch, we were always met with a smile and kindness- our toddler now tells everyone that she loves Seamus and Liam. It was really helpful having Chloe as the sale progressor who kept us in the loop.
