I sold my house in March 2025 through the Ocean Downend office. Cannot recommend the team enough! Everyone has been professional, friendly, easy to contact and quick to organise getting the house on the market. Photos were great quality, and rates competitive. Felt really comfortable letting them take the lead and taking their advice on how to market the property. Really good online portal to organise viewings and offers. And thank you to Lisa our Move Manager, who gave us weekly updats between offers and sale.

Wow Mark our estate agent had great local knowledge it was amazing almost like he lived there , Tanya the move manager or the brains of the outfit as we called her was great at explaining the whole move journey it took a while but definitely worth the wait
