I almost can’t fault Ocean. We used both their Estate Agent and Conveyancing teams. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, courteous and helpful. The portals that we were provided with access to were both an excellent way to keep us informed as well as to upload relevant information and documents. The only reason I didn’t award 5 stars is that the buyer was very slow and it felt like I had to push things along rather more than I would’ve liked to have to, rather than Ocean doing it on my behalf without prompting from me. I would definitely use Ocean again. Aside from being a very good experience, I also found them to be competitively priced.
