We sold our flat through Ocean, after having bought it through Ocean 14 years previously, and were impressed by the whole service and everyone we worked with. Matt provided excellent guidance at the beginning, suggesting that our flat was worth more than other estate agent's valuations and then achieving an offer in excess of that valuation. That was very impressive! Melissa was fantastic during the viewings, giving us really useful feedback at lightning speed and securing multiple offers for the flat. It was great to have Debbie on our side as Move Manager during the process after we had accepted an offer. She was knowledgable and calm, gave great advice, managed some tricky parts with professionalism and made sure we completed on time when it didn't seem possible.

I had a great experience with Neil and Tracey at Ocean for my mortgage in Bristol. They were proactive in checking for the best rate throughout the process and kept me updated with regular and efficient communication. Things changed along the way, and they were really flexible in adapting to the situation. As a first-time buyer, I really appreciated their guidance, which made everything much more straightforward. Friendly, professional, and easy to work with—highly recommend.

I really enjoyed with with Neil at Ocean Financial Services, I'd highly recommend working with him. He answered all my questions as a first time buyer and overall it was very easeful working with him. Most of all I appreciated his transparency in all the rates available to me. He even proactively notifed me about a lower rate which we managed to get in before completion. Then Tracey was great in the final stages of completion too.

I used Ocean Financial Services for my mortgage. The mortgage advisor and his lovely assistants were extremely helpful, explaining everything, checking in regularly with updates. Communication Support Smooth and timely processing Guidance

It has been a long a frustrating process at times, however we can not fault Sadie and Sam and others who worked on our case at Ocean. From start to finish they have been open, honest and have gone above and beyond to get this over the line for us! Whether it being completing paperwork in a timely manner or Chasing the awful solicitors we had to get their jobs done. I have to say they have not faltered at all and remained professional, dedicated and committed to this sale. We have now moved into our forever home and could not be happier! I used the Southville Conveyancing team for the second time. Ashleigh was dealing with my case and she went above and beyond to get it over the line in spite of a difficult conveyancer on the other side. She was really friendly and knowledgeable. There were also occasions when I called the office and Linda gave some really helpful advice and was very informative about what she’s seen in other similar situations. Ultimately we got to the point of sale and purchase before the SDLT deadline and I’m confident that everything was done properly. Overall a really positive experience.
