Can not trust this company. Quoted one price and confirmed pick up and delivery. Then upped the price an additional $150 on day of pick. Trying to take advantage of costumers. Find someone else.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Adrew Kane, very honest and very straight forward, although there were lower bids they all fell through because drivers wouldnt accept, Adrew made me aware of this and found a driver that would accept a good price, and helped be through the entire process, took a lot off stress off of me, highly recommend, we will do business again in the future.

This review is for people who do not know how this business works. The number one decision making factor in choosing a shipping company should be a good broker. Is your broker friendly and not pushy? Does he care about your needs? Is he available when you need him, including weekends? Andrew Kane was the broker who helped me move my vehicle and he was with me every step of the way. Those reviews where people have problems with drivers? Andrew will be there to resolve those problems. I had a very stressful experience moving and having a broker like Andrew made me feel so much more at ease. So thank you, Andrew for being there, for listening to my needs and finding a reliable driver. I had a very good experience with NRG Transportation and I do highly recommend Andrew’s services.

We had a family emergency where we needed our van transported from Cleveland OH to Central NY. I searched a few sites for quotes and started receiving a ton of emails from various companies-many looking like scams. Alex from NRG reached out, gave me a quote, was courteous and empathetic. I didn’t have the exact time / place for pick up at the time of our initial conversation but he told me I could call him back at any time. Alex explained the process, sent the contract, confirmed everything up to pick up, then followed up the day of delivery to ensure we recieved the van. The driver Isaac contacted me a few hours before delivery to make sure it would be ok to drop off 4 hours early!! Fantastic service by both Alex and Isaac. 2 side notes but will not loose any stars in the rating: 1) the initial quote was given for a sedan so the price was more. 2) I didn’t realize it was cash on delivery, it’s possible I missed it with everything that was going on.
