Got a referral to Daniel Jackson as I needed to ship my car across the states. Quote was provided instantly and it was a very competitive one. The transportation company matched was a solid one as well. Great communication throughout the process.
I read the reviews on this company before hiring but I had an awful experience. The “salesman” James Cane was rude every time I had to reach out. Communication from them was zero. He made promises that they couldn’t keep. I was told the pick up and drop off would be the same day. The driver shared his contract with me and his showed next day drop off and a higher price that I would pay. My contract was 190 at delivery, his showed 250 at delivery. The company is unprofessional and rude, when I called to find out who to pay and ask about the different prices, James (not really his name) hung up on me. I was hung up on a total of 3 times because they didn’t want to handle any problems. I would never recommend them to anyone and I feel bad for the drivers they’re ripping off.
