They promised a driver on a certain day during a two-hour window. Of course the driver didn't show up and no one from NRG called. They also quote lowball prices that have no chance of being accepted, only to increase the rate at the moment. I would stay far away from these people.

Although the price wasn’t what they quoted, NRG finally got my car moving. Be careful when getting quotes. If the price seems low, it’s probably too good to be true and never plan to ship on a Friday. Early in the work week is best.

Of all those I researched, NRG offered the best pricing. They were very responsive and the actual driver, Kevin, was awesome. But…. what you should know: 1) All these 3rd party companies use exactly the same system to identify drivers. 2) All will quote you something, and last minute hike up the price $200 (despite a signed contract) or so because that is what the driver supposedly is requiring - all of them will do this because they can’t secure a driver until a couple days before and they know you will be in a tight spot. And none, despite what they share ahead of time will only give you a 100lbs to load the trunk of your car for no additional fee. It is what it is, but go into this informed. We paid $650 to move our Jeep from Boulder, CO to LA, CA. No issues with delivery.
