I was overwhelmed with the amount of responses from companies wanting to ship my car. Prices varied from $400 to $1800 some of them more than doubled from the original quoted amount to final amount. Andrew Kane from NRG Transportation saved the day when I cancelled another company the day before I needed my car trucked. He was honest and upfront telling me the driver may slightly increase their fee, but he found me a driver within 1 day with only a slight increase from the original quote. He followed up with me during the transport and was very professional.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex to send my vehicle to Virginia. He was informative, kept me posted on everything, was also unbelievably patient answering all of my questions and my frustrations with the dealer and several delays. You will not be disappointed when you choose to work with him!!! 10/10
A lot of brokers I call give me the run around when I try to book a car. NRG was on top of things. Great communication and knowledgeable about the load. I didn’t have to wait for them to call anyone to get an answer. All brokers should be this way.
Tom at NRG transported my vehicle and was excellent. He communicated well every step of the process. He arrived and was very friendly and careful unloading my vehicle. I would 100% have Tom transport my vehicle again and I recommend him to everyone I know who is transporting their car.

Bait and switch! They quoted me and signed a contract for $840 to ship my car and two days before the shipping date they sent me a text upping the price to $1,500! Needless to say I went with another company.

The only thing they did right was picking up my car on the day they said they would. After that it was terrible. At one point they had no idea where my car was. I was working with Tom Kane he was terrible. Poor communication. The car arrived a day late and he said “that’s what happens in the trucking industry” what kind of answer is that. Next time I will rent a trailer and haul my car myself before I use this company. How can you not know where your shipment is and when it will arrive, they had no answers. Also the quote you get is not what you’re going to pay. I don’t hate many things but I hate this company. Please don’t use this company they suck.

NRG is a scumbag operation. Mr. Bryan Wilson lied over and over for my business. DO NOT USE THEM!! Unless you have hundreds of dollars the night prior to scheduled pickup.
