I recently became aware that I had inherited my father’s car and needed it to be transported over to my house in short notice. Alex and his team responded swiftly in answering my sudden request; they picked up the car and delivered it while being very professional every step of the way.

Scam. These other reviews have to be fake. Just like their very professional-looking website. They offer a very low bid by text to transport your vehicle and tell you "no upfront cost." Then, once you have given them all of your information, they say there is a deposit of $150 and "Zelle is okay right. [Sic]" Of course not; cash through Zelle is gone. When you say "no way," they create a professional looking invoice stating for you to sign stating you agree to not do a credit card charge back for ANY reason. The morning of your pickup, the driver has quote "mechanical issues" and "cannot pick up your car until next week." Now they have your all of your information, including your VIN. Call them. Their foreign call center is another tip off. Also, their business name is NRG this week. Will it change next week?

Alex was great. We were kept informed of pickup and delivery. Also dispatcher answered all my questions in between. Car arrived just like I left it! Thanks guys!

HYPER Auto Transport transported my car for me. I spoke to many transporters over the past few days and they quoted me the lowest price. I was told by other companies to watch out for companies who promise to move your car for a low price then subsequently raise it. HYPER Auto Transport picked up my car the day after my first contact with them and I received the car the next day. Move was from New York City to Northeast Connecticut which is challenging with traffic, tolls and construction. Everything went very smoothly, they kept in constant contact with me and every time I called them, they answered the phone which it seems few people do these days. In my opinion, you cannot find a better car transporter. For those of you who are disturbed by being informed you have to pay the driver the balance in cash, are you serious? That's how this business works for the most part if you want to pay a reasonable rate to have your car transported. And yes, one day a sub-contractor will accept the job then circumstances change and the price may change. if it does and you aren't happy, HYPER will work with you by either finding you another sub-contractor or allowing you to find someone else on your own. They are honest and trustworthy.

They will hand over your shipment to a third-party mover without any prior notice. My experience with them was infuriating. Initially, they sent me a link to pay the reservation deposit, and I paid with my credit card which was fine. But on the delivery day, they demanded cash payment directly to the driver. When I asked for a payment link, just like they did before, they flat-out refused. They never mentioned this cash payment requirement until the very last moment. This was completely unplanned and a highly dubious act, utterly condemnable! They even threatened to take my car to storage if I didn't pay cash immediately. If I had known about this shady practice, I would have never used their services.
