Really disappointed. Ordered 15 chairs. Looked wonderful online. Canadian oak colour. Cross backed. Came, delivery was fast, but opened and completely different finish to what ordered - they sent a very warm oak. Immediately flagged with them (as needed for Christmas) . Sent photos as evidence. Initial response fobbed me off. Said wood differs (which i agree it can, but these were 2 completely different colours) 2nd email sent to aftercare - they seemed to accept that very different - response was 10% disc. 3rd email offered 20% discount. Sent new photos again so could see in different light. Then get an email saying they see what I am 'insinuating' (yep weird term to use) and offered discount to buy more. I need more but I can't now as no idea what will show up and know I won't get help to resolve if needed. All I wanted was the correct colour to be sent. Really terrible customer service and after paying our that amount of money to be sent something that was not as advertised has put completely off.

Like others have pointed out, the never-ending sale is illegal, and Nordina's front of being a green sustainable business seem made up (i e, this is probably just a dropshipping business). So falling for this sale and being a bit annoyed at the GLS service, I went to TrustPilot. After reading the reviews I was about to cancel the whole thing (which you are entitled to do without cost, within 14 days!). But I didn't, and I've gotten my chair. And it is not as bad as some reviewers make it out to be. I can't say how it will last though (or Nordina for that matter, which would result in their guarantees being useless). It has some weight to it making it sturdy enough, and it feels nice to sit on, and the "leather" is OK. My only complaint (aside from some slight scratches on some of the chrome) isn't even about the quality: it sits a bit low when using the feet instead of the wheels. So the "reduced price" is fair for this "premium" chair (the Dinamo-model). Of course, it's hard to say if the money is fairly distributed, if Nordina is the kind of business I assume it to be; objectively it could be a fair price for the product (customers today often don't realise what products actually cost to produce). I would not buy from Nordina again. I think lying to the customer is stupid and wrong. If you are waiting for your parcel I would recommend using an universal parcel-tracker instead of the GLS service.
