Exceptional customer service
It was the great after-care team that is the reason I’m giving them five stars. I wasn’t entirely happy with the products that I sent as they look slightly different from the website, but the team responded quickly made it easy for me to get to a solution and that’s something that I highly Appreciate!

Nordina stelt niet teleur
Bijna acht weken na de bestelling heb ik de bureaustoel, waar ik nu lekker op zit, ontvangen. In die tussentijd zat het mij niet lekker omdat ik bang was dat ik gescammed werd. Ik heb bijna acht weken zitten twijfelen. Ik heb de betaling zelfs terug gedraaid. Echter, in het email verkeer van Nordina was men steeds heel erg vriendelijk, wat mijn onrust een beetje wegnam. Totdat bezorger aanbelde heb ik getwijfeld, maar NordinaHome stelt niet teleur. Ik kan mu dus weer lekker zitten. Frank uit Alkmaar

Once and never again!!!
When ordering: 3-4 delivery days. In real: 21 days. Customer service responds quickly, but apart from flowery emails about how great the staff are and that they apologize, etc., there's not much left. The quality of the goods is a disaster. Every Ikea product is a better choice. Once and never again!!!
