Beter ten halve gekeerd dan ten hele gedwaald
Bureaustoel besteld en aanvankelijk geen communicatie vanuit de leverancier over levertijden. Een mail gestuurd, waarna ik een indicatie van de levertijd (rond de 3 weken) kreeg plus excuses en (desgevraagd) 10% korting. Vandaag de stoel ontvangen die was naar verwachting. Puike correctie dus!

I had a few questions on a dining chair. I sent an email and within a day had a reply with several dimensions and pictures to help me determine if the chair would work for my desk. Simon, the representative that responded, went above and beyond in his efforts to help me make a correct decision. I love that shipping is included and it is quick. Pricing is great and I love the customer care given
