Nihao Jewelry receives high praise for its beautiful products and exceptional customer service, with many reviewers highlighting the impressive quality and prompt delivery of their orders. Customers frequently mention that their items arrive faster than expected and are well-packaged, contributing to a positive shopping experience. However, there are some critical concerns, particularly regarding the integrity of the company's practices, as one reviewer reported finding stolen images from another brand on their site. Additionally, a few customers experienced issues with missing items in their orders, although these were often resolved with credits. Overall, while the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, these complaints suggest that there are areas for improvement.
