Pague más de 120 dolares de envío para que me llegara por avión, jamás me enviaron mi pedido y en atención al cliente se hacen los tontos. No me dan respuesta y se niegan a hacerme un reembolso. Es una estafa todal

I have ordered from this company first time. I ordered some “samples” for me to try jewellery before i sell to my customers. The quality seems good and the customer service contact with me after a few days. Definitely worth it and buying again
Great service and great product.
J’ai déjà commandé sur l’application, beaucoup de choix, bijoux accessibles et à prix intéressants.
I extremely like the quality of the product everything was packaged well and came faster then I had expected.I am extremely impressed with the customer support. They have been great to work with.
The experience with shopping at Nihao has even absolutely wonderful. Amazing selection. The quality seems to be top notch! The customer service though, blows me away! SO great!! Shipping was FASTER than companies here in the states. I'm so impressed + will continue to shop with Nihao! ♡
Excellent quality of the products and they arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely continue shopping with them
Stolen products from other businesses. I contacted them as I found stolen images from another Australian brand on their site. They have a form to report stolen IP which is impossible to submit. I contacted via chat and they said they were sold out so it didn't matter. They refused to remove from the website. Do not purchase as you will not get what you are seeing as the images are stolen from other real businesses. Who knows what they will send? Support the real businesses not this company.

Nihao Jewelry receives high praise for its beautiful products and exceptional customer service, with many reviewers highlighting the impressive quality and prompt delivery of their orders. Customers frequently mention that their items arrive faster than expected and are well-packaged, contributing to a positive shopping experience. However, there are some critical concerns, particularly regarding the integrity of the company's practices, as one reviewer reported finding stolen images from another brand on their site. Additionally, a few customers experienced issues with missing items in their orders, although these were often resolved with credits. Overall, while the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive, these complaints suggest that there are areas for improvement.
