I have been looking for a trustworthy supplier that I can work easily with for my jewellery business. After trying a few suppliers that I was unhappy with I came across Nihao, initially I did a couple of small orders to test the service and products. I was so happy with the quality of the items, the delivery and the customer service that Iv put in a much larger order and intend to continue business relationship long term.
In a couple of months I have placed 4 orders to test the quality of the jewellery for my business. Almost all of them are great quality. But with a couple of piercings I bought for a low price, it Made my ear turn green. And with some orders after it was shipped, it turned out 1 or 2 items weren’t in stock. But i did receive my money back for that. For the price, the quality is very nice. I will keep buying from them.
