Got my items today. 💃🏻 OMG am so very happy with the quality of every piece. Truly amazing! Just exactly what I am all about. Also, the packaging was quite good. Kept every delicate piece in good condition. Appreciate it. Thank you, nihaojewelry!

Always happy with the products I receive. If there’s an issue the customer service is there to help in a very satisfying and prompt way.

A nightmare. They cheated me out of what I purchased and tried to credit my account a small portion of what they failed to send.

I have been ordering from Nihao for a couple of years. They have always been good to me. Here lately, they are getting out orders faster so I normally get my orders in about 1.5 weeks. That is amazing!

Everything was really good. All the items were identical to the description on the website and for this reason I already made a second order!

Everything came just as it was described. Products shipped fast and customer service was awesome!!!

The quality of jewellery is too good. All the stuff was packed properly. The delivery was in time.

Good quality pieces and service. Highly recommend.

The product was exactly was I ordered and came in perfect condition. I had the best follow up as well from my account officers and other member of staff. I will continue to do business with you.

Because it was my first time, I ordered a few items to verified if its legit, but my doubt were defied with the items I ordered. I received exactly what I ordered and also suprisely I received the items on time, even before the estimated time on the logistics page on my portal. i now have more confidence to order more items to start my retail business here in Ghana.

At first i was hesitating to order from this website as i didnt know whether our products will reach or not. Because we first have to make payment. But I am satisfied with services, products and the wesbites too. As its trust worthy. 😊

I have ordered and the delay was respected. The product was not expensive but the quality so amazing. I definitely recommend this site. Moreover you have a personnal adviser that check and follow you oder and inform you incase of any change. That's so nice.
