A complete disaster from start to finish. I booked enclosed vehicle transport with Nexus Auto Transport on April 19, confirmed multiple times by phone, and was assured everything was in place for a May 21 pickup. What did I get? Nothing close. On the day of pickup, Nexus failed to deliver the enclosed carrier I explicitly contracted for and instead tried to pass off an open carrier as a last-minute substitute—as if that’s even remotely acceptable for a high-value vehicle. This wasn’t a minor mix-up—it was a total failure in execution, professionalism, and basic customer service. They had over a month to get it right and still blew it. No accountability. No meaningful solution. Just empty apologies and an offer I never agreed to. If you’re looking for a company that honors its commitments, communicates clearly, and takes its customers seriously, look elsewhere. Nexus wasted my time, put me in a terrible position, and showed me exactly how not to run a business. Never again.

When a broker such as Nexus signs a contract to deliver your car from point A to point B at an agreed price, you assume that they take an educated guess on the rate they will be charged by the carrier. With superior knowledge and experience, extensive contacts, and ongoing business, they are equipped to do so and make a fair profit. But when they get it wrong, you also assume that they will eat the loss and honor the deal. Not so with Nexus. Theirs is a one-sided contract. If they can’t make an acceptable margin, they will leave you holding the bag — all the while swearing up and down that your contract is their top priority. Do not be fooled by their slick website and polite Customer Service reps. Their contract cannot be trusted. Find an Honest Broker.

Ease of getting a quote and securing transportation. I'll come back once it's delivered to share the experience. After going through the process I had to keep checking in to see when the vehicle would be picked up which was not on the date it should have been and where my vehicle was delivery when it wasn’t delivered on the day it should have been. The driver was a nice man but I had to drive 15 mins away from my house to get the vehicle. It was not convenient. Would I use nexus again, no. Am I glad I got our vehicle, yes. The lack of communication is where the challenge was.
