Slick but Disreputable
When a broker such as Nexus signs a contract to deliver your car from point A to point B at an agreed price, you assume that they take an educated guess on the rate they will be charged by the carrier. With superior knowledge and experience, extensive contacts, and ongoing business, they are equipped to do so and make a fair profit. But when they get it wrong, you also assume that they will eat the loss and honor the deal. Not so with Nexus. Theirs is a one-sided contract. If they can’t make an acceptable margin, they will leave you holding the bag — all the while swearing up and down that your contract is their top priority. Do not be fooled by their slick website and polite Customer Service reps. Their contract cannot be trusted. Find an Honest Broker.
