A complete disaster from start to finish. I booked enclosed vehicle transport with Nexus Auto Transport on April 19, confirmed multiple times by phone, and was assured everything was in place for a May 21 pickup. What did I get? Nothing close. On the day of pickup, Nexus failed to deliver the enclosed carrier I explicitly contracted for and instead tried to pass off an open carrier as a last-minute substitute—as if that’s even remotely acceptable for a high-value vehicle. This wasn’t a minor mix-up—it was a total failure in execution, professionalism, and basic customer service. They had over a month to get it right and still blew it. No accountability. No meaningful solution. Just empty apologies and an offer I never agreed to. If you’re looking for a company that honors its commitments, communicates clearly, and takes its customers seriously, look elsewhere. Nexus wasted my time, put me in a terrible position, and showed me exactly how not to run a business. Never again.
