Our development has been factored to a high standard by Newton Property Management since 2009. Following a long period with our first and highly regarded property manager - a hard act to follow - Chantelle Christie was appointed our property manager in September 2021. As a member of our Owners’ Association committee, I have had the pleasure of communicating with Chantelle on a regular basis. I have been with Newton the whole time I have been in my apartment, however recently I was helped by John Hempstead and the service was so above and beyond what I have received before that I felt I had to leave a review. I have been struggling with a mortgage issue and the help that John gave along with some extra legwork that he went out of his way to do for me helped to no end. Honestly cannot thank him enough.

Myself and my wife moved into our current property which is managed by Newton just over a year ago and have been very impressed by the performance of our Property Manager John Hempstead. He is very knowledgeable and reliable and always does what he says he is going to do. He has great interpersonal skills and has been instrumental in helping our development set up an Owners Association. We are very much looking to forward to working with him in the coming months and years.
