NPM are only good for one thing blowing their own trumpet If it is possible I would give them Zero stars The Turpin of Factors in Scotland Send out written details of fees for 2025/2026 Management Fee £33,00 per house few days after AGM Letter fees now £107 per house a 70% increase No transparency No explanation Several letters to and fro no truthful explanation A few days later a discount if you pay by DD or Small discount if pay by email account Those discounts come nowhere near the overcharge amount Worth checking NPM Company Policy we deal with Blocks of flats all shapes and sizes and ground only management solutions throughout Scotland No mention of private residential estates such as ours which has the grounds maintenance only.
