I had a blocked drain. I called our Factors, Newton, and our property manager Hayley Robertson was very calm about the issue and immediately contacted their drain specialists who arrived the following day. Hayley kept me updated throughout the tricky operation and made life a lot easier. Really good customer service.
I have been dealing with Lana since the beginning of this year when Newton took of the management of our development. I have found here to be prompt in addressing my concerns and proactive in dealing with any issues arising, has put plans in place to solve any outstanding matters and always keeps me informed of progress. I am looking forward to seeing all of her plans coming to fruition.

Cancelled the AGM as soon as they took over the estate and not running a committee. Which I’m pretty sure is against what is written in my deeds
The previous factors sent out a yearly budget which was then broken down per household to pay for the year, no issues with that, if something happened they would consult you
Most letters are harassing in nature.
I had loads of bother from them when I had a works van, at one point the factor called the company I worked for (number on the side of the van) even thought he spoke to a neighbour who told him who I was and I was at home at the time.
What repairs are carried out are sub standard with no accountability.
There is no newsletter showing work carried out there is no community engagement (until recently they went ahead with works which the people staying there disliked, they have now asked everyone what they should do, to charge us twice for their mess).
We did this! Pay us this!
They dictate to you, they aren’t a service provider.
I feel unwelcome in my own home it’s the worst part of staying where I am.
