First Class Service

Fraser Williamson & his Team at Newton Property are excellent with factoring our property. Their communication is first class & you are kept up-to-date on what's happening. If anything requires to be done, it is dealt with very quickly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a factor for your property.

Good luck John H.

Newton took charge of our property a few years ago and, initially, were proactive and their performance was quite satisfactory. Then, they appointed a new Property Manager (Andy) and the quality of service fell and deteriorated. However, recently they have appointed a new PM (John H) who is proactive and diligent and is trying very hard to improve the quality of service and condition of the property. Here is to wish John (and Newton) very best.

Proficient and professional

As an active owner of a large development, the activity and issues that can occur across such a large development, can be extensive and over bearing. John @ Newton has given his full attention, over and above at times and whilst there has been frustration on occasion, he has remained professional and courteous. An excellent example of a great asset to such an organisation Thank you

Happy with service.

We moved over to Newton Property from Donald Ross who I think sold out. The takeover was seamless and John Hempstead who looks after our property is always on hand either by email or phone to iron out any problems, and if a situation needs a visit to the property then he will attend on a set date. We are happy with the service provided by Newton Property.
