I had reason to e-mail John Hempstead with an enquiry about my property. John got back to me the very next morning offering a solution to the issue. John contacted a contractor who then telephoned me within 30 mins. The contractor has now resolved my issue. I have found that John is always available to offer valued assistance and guidance whenever I have required.
There was some confusion over Service Charges, so I contacted Scott and Sandra. I received an immediate response, which clarified my concerns and resolved the issue.
I have owned a property where Newton property have been the factors for many years. In that time they have been incredibly informative in keeping owners up to date and truly excellent factors. I would also like to thank especially John Hempstead for going above and beyond to help during a recent enquiry.

Newton have dealt with our development since we moved in many years ago. We've had a couple of really good property agents in this time. Currently Chantelle is looking after us. We receive good communication and support.
Scott and Fraser are excellent at getting back to me with any issues that I have. They have strong communication links with their residents and do their upmost to fix any issues that arise. If a question cannot be answered straight away, they will always get back with an answer within a timely period.
Our Property Manager, Chantelle Christie is a first class operator. She is very approachable and focussed on the concerns of the residents. I have found that since she became our PM any issues raised have been dealt with promptly, efficiently and effectively. It is a pleasure to work with her, and she is a great asset for Newton Properties.
