Problem solved

I had reason to e-mail John Hempstead with an enquiry about my property. John got back to me the very next morning offering a solution to the issue. John contacted a contractor who then telephoned me within 30 mins. The contractor has now resolved my issue. I have found that John is always available to offer valued assistance and guidance whenever I have required.

There was some confusion over Service Charges, so I contacted Scott and Sandra. I received an immediate response, which clarified my concerns and resolved the issue.

Lovely staff

Newton Property are the factors for my daughter’s flat which is rented out whist she is working overseas. The staff at Newton couldn’t be more helpful and they are always cheerful and patient on the phone. Excellent service.

Scott and Fraser are excellent at…

Scott and Fraser are excellent at getting back to me with any issues that I have. They have strong communication links with their residents and do their upmost to fix any issues that arise. If a question cannot be answered straight away, they will always get back with an answer within a timely period.

Our Outstanding Property Manager

Our Property Manager, Chantelle Christie is a first class operator. She is very approachable and focussed on the concerns of the residents. I have found that since she became our PM any issues raised have been dealt with promptly, efficiently and effectively. I have found your Senior Property Manager, Chantelle Christie at Newton Property Management,Central Scotland, a delight to deal with at all times.Any problems regarding my flat and property were delt with promptly and any ongoing issues were followed up with continuous contact with me of reassurance, til the problem was resolved.Being elderly and a bit vulnerable at the moment, Chantelle has shown me nothing but kindness, professionalism and respect.
