Newton Ptoperty…

Newton property have always been responsive and effective in resolving any issues arising in our property. We have a very good relationship with our Property Manager Stuart Clements who takes on board any problems and seeks a cost effective resolution, managing any suppliers as required.

Prompt and efficient service

I have dealt with our property manager on a few occasions and anytime I get in touch with him, he is very prompt in responding to the queries I have. He also puts resolutions in place when required and recently organised for a tree to be lopped/cut back that had become overgrown and the branches were hanging close to our property.

A good Factor experience

John and Michael from Newton have been a really positive influence on the running of 95 Morrison Street. They respond promptly to questions and queries and actively engage with the owners on important maintenance matters. The building is in a better state of repair due to their time and effort.

My enquiry regarding gutter cleaning & Louise Kennedy Property Manager action - I have gone back to Martyn Reid to discuss this. They used a ladder to go up through the roof hatches on site.Some more pictures have been sent through, some of which are timestamped – please see attached. John Robertson is an excellent Property Manager at Newton Property Management! So helpful

I had a house sale that brought up issues between solicitors regarding upcoming maintenance works. John Robertson and Molly in his team were stars in getting as much relevant information as possible to me and the solicitors involved. I've dealt with previous property factors who were unresponsive and unhelpful. John and his team are compassionate, caring, thoughtful and responsive. These are the qualities you want in an excellent customer service leader in property management.

Avoid!!!!

Avoid if possible I'm stuck in a flat with these guys as property managers. 4 YEARS I've had problems with leaks in my roof, keep getting billed saying its fixed, no evidence, next winter comes round, leaks again. Waste of breath and energy, submitting a complaint to the Scottish housing tribunal now, see if that gets them in gear.
