I had an initial payment processing issue which required me to contact the general enquiry team. I was contacted my Tam immediately who gave advice regarding me query and a solution which I am extremely grateful for.
Have to agree with the latest review on these crooks and I apologise for the 1 star review. There was no choice for none.
What a bunch of chancers who are ripping good people off for fortunes and all for doing nothing.
Something has to be done about their ever increasing invoices and astronomical charges.
Is there any possibility that if all the customers of the development I am in, in Airdrie, get together, we can have them removed as our factor? If there is, where do I sign?
I know the amount of people where I live are feeling the same but don’t know who to turn to. Is it the council? The property ombudsman?
It is legalised robbery and I have had enough!
Absolute chancers. They charge through the nose for no effort. £80 per house to subcontract trimming of the grass. Bins never emptied, playpark falling apart.
They still send us bills for 2025 even though we moved out in mid 2024.

Kate is responsive and I am conscious that I likely send the most emails out of all residents in the building. I typically receive a response within a couple of days (sometimes same day) and if I have not heard within a few days, I can email to chase a response which is then prompt. I get the impression that Kate does not mind me chasing a response and the delays I have experienced with the service have been on account of other departments /persons at Newton Property. I would give Kate 5 stars but I am conscious that the review is of Newton property as well, which from my experience to date, I have been less impressed with.
Having dealt with a few properties managers in the past had been very stressful, until I meet and spoke with Lana Andrejevs property manager from Newton property management Aberdeen branch.
The entire conversation went extremely well and was pleasant to have with.
Lana is a person like no others. She is very eager to help, a very good listener, takes matters in her own hand, so things can be solved in an excellent and professional way, resulting in satisfaction and quality work.
Lana is an asset which needs to be kept very close in the management team, so that her contribution can bring outstanding results.
