The perfect girly suitcase on a budget
Clearly written website allowing me to easily identify the suitcase's specifications and dimensions, good value for money compared to similar qualities products on the market, both practical and beautiful for my latest journey it's a great weekend suitcase. Light enough so it can be lifted or trundled around without feeling like I get in the way, and can fit on the majority of train seats. Checkout was so easy and arrived well within the order delivery slot. Quality slightly thin but for the price you can't really go wrong if you're looking for a good suitcase on a budget

Nere Venture Dual Open poor quality
Bought a Nere Venture Dual Open that got damaged with scratches on the first week of use. Very poor quality. Do not recommend! Also bought a Nere luggage cover that got damaged in the first international trip Gladly I got exceptional customer service from Anna de manager of Strandbags Rhodes NSW Australia who resolved the issue of the luggage for me! Nere…never again!

Absolutely delighted with this company
Absolutely delighted with this company. First time using them but will definitely use in the future. The suitcase is very good quality with plenty room for a medium size case. Just returned from holiday and it was very smooth on the wheels.

Broken wheel on first leg of holiday
Broken wheel on first leg of holiday. These suitcases look the part but are not fit for travelling with airlines. Bought a matching 3 piece set. Lovely compartments enjoyed packing it but that’s where the gun ended. Packed medium case with 17kg Picked it up from conveyor belt, wheeled the medium case 100 meters and 1 of front wheels came off making it very tricky to pull. Wrote to customer service and asked if they would kindly send a replacement wheel out to my next destination as I was going to 5 different locations on this month trip They said that they don’t send parts out and that my suitcase is not covered by the warranty as it’s been mishandled by the airline and to write to them!!! Turns out my brother in law also bought this name and the same thing happened to him. Wheel fell off first time in transit. So unless you are using these suitcases for a weekend away transporting these suitcases in the boot of your car, they are not fit for purpose with airlines. I didn’t see any other other cases came off broken with emirates on that trip just mine!! I’ve been travelling for 30 years and I’ve never had a wheel come off!! As this happened the very time I ever used them with 9 further flights to take on this journey…. I am very disappointed and have little faith for the rest of the transits!! Poor quality of manufacturing and terrible so called customer service and misleading 10 year warranty..
