Avoid if you want a good service
My wife returned a suitcase back in mid Jan and not had a reply to her email or had a refund. This is now over the expected refund period. I wouldn't order anything from this company if you want any customer service. Avoid there are plenty of other bag companies who know how to look after customers. **Updated we have emailed 3 times!! but had no reply. We returned the item and it arrived on the 14th of Jan... a bit long maybe? Order number is 100793649051
