Your Order Will Never Ship
Placed order on 3rd March based on all information on the website stating 3-5 working days for standard delivery. As of 11th March still no shipping notice and no contact from the Customer Service Team despite 2 emails. Considering the lack of communication - looks like I'll need to turn to credit card company for a refund! UPDATE: Responded to this review with more order details and STILL no contact. As of the 14th March.

I have returned an item
I have returned an item, have a confirmation of return for item in perfect condition, and can track that they have the return. I have not received my refund for 2 months. Whenever i reached out i have been brushed off saying it will be dealt with and nothing else. Do not buy with them if there is a chance you may return total scam!!!
