Great customer service
I bought 2 suitcases, which were delivered in less than 48 hours. 1 was slightly scuffed so I sent an email, which was responded to quickly. A replacement was sent a couple of days later and the damaged case was collected a few days after that. Superb customer service - and the suitcases are great quality too!

I have returned my order
I have returned my order, have the receipt from DPD have e mailed Nere 4 times regarding refund and still heard absolutely nothing!!!! Such poor customer service to totally ignore my e mails.

This company goes above and beyond for customers! Literally! I have ordered a few times from Nere and on two occasions iv left it until last minute (I have ADHD) so can be really disorganised and they have been super helpful in helping make sure my delivery gets to me on time! I wouldn’t order from anywhere else now for my travel needs! They are absolutely the best ! Product quality and design is also the begs and Amazing! Thank you Nere ☺️

The best Dual Opening cases that we have found
We found Nere Travel following a lot of research, after my 25 year old Samsonite finally developed square wheels on a 30 day trip. I looked everywhere for a 4 wheel spinner but all had the same problem, the clamshell design that cant be opened in a tiny Japanese hotel room unless you haul the case onto the bed! Plus even my small Samsonite cabin bag is sheer squirming hell to load and close. Basically the Nere ‘Venture’ range of Duel opening ABS suitcases is an absolute gamechanger. Nere give you the best of both worlds with a clever full size door on the lid. Inside the clamshell divider is zippered on both sides so that you can access and rummage through the whole interior even when the case is on a luggage stand. Customer services have been excellent as I have been trying to get hold of the matching cabin bag in black. Email replies come back in almost real time, this is a great company with great products. The Nere dual opening cases are so good that I am hoping to put my £229 Samsonite Upscape spinner straight on ebay and replace it with the dual opening Nere Venture cabin bag at £99
