Absolutely shocking service

I ordered a carry-on case and packing cubes from Nere in January 2024. Despite an email update saying the goods have been dispatched, the courier company has no record of the parcel. Since then, I have emailed (seeing as Nere doesn't have a phone contact) on multiple occasions. The response from Nere? Silence. I am beyond outraged. Shoddy customer service and no way to receive the goods that they've accepted payment for, or secure a refund. It's disgraceful.

I returned two items and have received a refund for the cheaper one (£19.99) and nothing for the £74.50 item. Silence. No response to emails, no contact number supplied. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer service is awful. Suitcase turned up in a very tatty box, took a month to get credit in my account after I returned the item and that was only because I hounded them on social media

Absolutely shocking customer service, requested a return over a week ago and case has still not been uplifted, have repeadly contacted customer service and getting no response, cannot find any other way to contact this company to return my item!!!!!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My suitcase was shipped 2 weeks after placing my order. I contacted them multiple times asking where my order was and I even requested a refund because I knew it wouldn’t arrive in time for my holiday. They ignored all my emails and the suitcase was delivered to my local Post Office while I was on holiday. When I returned, I visited the Post Office and told them to return the package to the sender… 3 WEEKS AGO. I am still waiting to be refunded. I have contacted the Customer Service team and when they feel like responding, they keep telling me they haven’t received it. Please DO NOT order from Nere!! They are clueless and don’t care about their customers AT ALL. I’ve been left with no choice but to contact my bank for a refund!

Order not dispatched & Customer service AWOL

Honestly they have such terrible customer service. It’s been a week since I’ve made my order and it hasn’t shown on my account and no response from their customer service team at all! I’m going to have to bombard their socials until they answer me at this point as I’ve spent over £100 on suitcases that I’ve had my eye on for months. Will not order for them again and if I hear nothing I will be contacting my bank for the money back.

My card was charged £100+, there's no order confirmation and customer service has been unresponsive

My card has been charged, I never received an order confirmation and it's not even on my account! I've tried numerous times to reach customer support but there's dead silence. Not even their Instagram or Facebook is responsive! Very frustrating as now I need to buy another suitcase last minute for my flight. Please be careful when ordering from this company
