Great customer service (on WhatsApp though)
I bought two cases one in January and one at the beginning of February both stori in shadow lime and I had changed my mind about the colour. I contacted Nere on WhatsApp and asked if I would be able to send them back and then order another colour.. they arranged for the cases to be picked up and gave me a refund. I then purchased the stori cases in orchid pink and they are absolutely gorgeous and I absolutely love them ❤️❤️ thank you Nere..

Zipper can be opened with a pen
Aesthetic wise the product looks good, good colour options and the size of the luggage is nice. In addition, the material used for the case is durable, the texture on it makes it hard to scratch and can be cleaned easily. Main issue with their luggage’s and the reason why I’m giving two stars despite the positive points stated above is that the zipper on these luggage’s is not secure - it can be easily opened using a pen or any sharp pointy object which defeats the whole purpose of the TSA lock - this is also not an anomaly as my sister bought her luggage set here also and the same issues with the zipper - not sturdy and not safe. If you don’t want your luggage to be tampered with I suggest buying from a different brand.
