Excellent product and service
Everything about the process was easy to understand, the product is fab and the service excellent. I had to send the first one I ordered back as it was too small, this was easy to do and free which is a huge plus these days. The suitcase is really nice to look at, sturdy and very well made. There was a free luggage label with my order, another plus

ease of manoeuvre of wheels are great
ease of manoeuvre of wheels are great. good space inside and locking mechanism is spot on. the reason for 4 stars for me the pull handle can be much more sturdier it feels it can snap if i use to pull or push the luggage and the side handle can be a little bit forgiving i have found it pinching my fingers a number of times
