ease of manoeuvre of wheels are great. good space inside and locking mechanism is spot on. the reason for 4 stars for me the pull handle can be much more sturdier it feels it can snap if i use to pull or push the luggage and the side handle can be a little bit forgiving i have found it pinching my fingers a number of times
