I purchased a large and a cabin bag…
I purchased a large and a cabin bag from the CAYPE range it arrived swiftly packed well. I was due to go on holiday a day later anyhow i went away for a week. I was impressed. However I've come home and seen the zip is coming apart from the case. I went abroad for 7 days Used it on one holiday im shocked. I've emailed them 2 days ago no response yet. I've asked for a refund im going to buy tripp luggage my last tripp cases lasted me years. To be honest i thought these would be very resilient as they looked solid!!! Very disappointed I am unable to use the large case out of fear the zip will come apart completely.

Easy process and speedy delivery
Easy process and speedy delivery. All items arrived and case is great. Haven’t travelled with it yet but it’s of a decent quality and I like the extra accessories I was able to purchase. Clear communication of delivery and arrived earlier than expected.

Delivery was extremely fast, but…..
This is my 2nd purchase from nere & Delivery was extremely fast! No issues with that, however the items I ordered were all extremely dirty. They were covered in layers of dirt, which looks like it was from where they were previously stored. Everything had to cleaned but luckily because the materials are hard wearing they cleaned up without being damaged. It’s disgusting that they were sent out in this state though. I would order from them again as my last nere purchase was really good & I am happy with everything I bought.
