NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REPLIES TO MY EMAILS. I NEED TO RETURN A SUITCASE REF:- NU 7589. DPD FAILED TO COLLECT LAST WEEK, THEY WENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. PLEASE CAN YOU RE ARRANGED COLLECTION WITH DPD ASAP AS I CANNOT DO THIS ONLINE AGAIN AS IT WONT LET ME AND DPD SAID I NEED TO CONTACT YOUR COMPANY. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR REPLY. WILL DO ANOTHER REVIEW ONCE THIS IS SORTED. THIS HAS BOUGHT NOTHING BUT STRESS AND INCONVENIENT.
