Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

Amazing new weekend bags β€οΈ
I ordered myself a couple of new weekend travel bags and a pack of packing bags. It was super quick delivery. Unfortunately my packing bags had marks on them. I emailed straight away with photos to Nere they were really good and sent me out new packing bags straight away. Absolutely amazing service, would highly recommend and have already used my new bags this weekend, they fit so much in. Love, Love, Love them β€οΈ
