Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.
Absolutely love my new bag
Absolutely love my new bag. It was perfect for our travels. Lots of pockets and just the right size.

Wrinkled, puckered bag
The bag I received is not like the pictures on the website. I received a crumpled, wrinkled bag. All sides of the bag are very wrinkled and puckered.

Unfortunately I was sent a secondhandβ¦
Unfortunately I was sent a secondhand used suitcase that had scratches and marks all over. The Nere suitcase was not delivered to the address of my choice but to a pickup point 4 miles away in the congestion zone. The suitcase case I received came in a box with Antler written on it and not Nere. Customer service offered me Β£5 off as I didnβt want to take a day off work to return the suitcase.
