Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

Love my new stormi suitcase
Love my new stormi suitcase! Love the color and the size, sturdy enough and looks like a great quality product. Super quick shipping…Ordered late Friday morning and was delivered by DPD at Midday on Sunday. Yet to use the suitcase but will get to test it out in the next couple of weeks when I go on holiday.
