Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

Absolutely love my new bag. It was perfect for our travels. Lots of pockets and just the right size.

Nere RFID travel pouchβ¦
I bought the Nere RFID travel pouch organiser for an international trip and my wife bought a silicon passport cover. I'm sure the RFID was great for my credit cards butg uess what document is too large to fit in any of the zipper pockets? The passport! Admittedly it is millimetre perfect for the top pocket but with the Nere silicon passport cover it absolutely won't fit so we ended up leaving that at home. It worked but could have been fantastic if zipper opened 4mm wider.

Looking for replacement case came across site during search found site offering a variety of sizes including a limited edition arrived within a few days impressed with quality and features as we after a case that was expandable and with lock. Will be looking to purchase another after Xmas for next holiday
