Non-existent customer service
It was easy enough when I placed the order but when I decided to return to the cabin luggage I bought and proceeded everything, the parcel was collected by DPD since 11 July, until now I have not received my money back. The only way to get in touch with Customer Service is via the email that no one replies. I have sent follow up email, yet no one replies.

Absolutely love my new bag. It was perfect for our travels. Lots of pockets and just the right size.

Easy purchase, plastic wrap a bit of a pain
Easy purchase, on time delivery, goods well packaged. Only gripe would be the plastic protective wrap on the suitcase. itβs a pain to get off without leaving little bits of plastic poking out here and there. Took me an hour to remove it properly

I ordered a vanity case 5 days ago. DPD still havenβt received the order. I have emailed NERE customer care 3 times and still havenβt had a reply! Not happy I have been updated and told someone will be in contact with me from the customer team and still no contact!

I am super happy with a suitcase I purchased for my daughters xmas as she is going back to Thailand where her Boyfriend is originally from. I needed a suitcase that was big, sturdy, and locks and this case does not disappoint. It is smooth to pull along and super light considering its large size and it looks lovely,TY. Also I did have a query and emailed Nere and I got a response within 15mins and they were super friendly, and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend buying from this company, as I will be making another purchase in the new year. Tracking my parcel was so easy and very accurate. You will NOT be disappointed should you choose this company. Thank you Nere for a smooth & friendly transaction. I am going to have one happy daughter at Xmas. I am one happy mama and I'm so excited for my girl to open it. π

Scammer?
Scammer? Order a luggage with the Black Friday price on 23rd November 2024, and pay for the full price. It says delivered within 3-7 business days. Now is more then 7 days and tried to contact them by their email so many times, no response. I'm wondering if this is a scam?
