I ordered a vanity case 5 days ago. DPD still haven’t received the order. I have emailed NERE customer care 3 times and still haven’t had a reply! Not happy I have been updated and told someone will be in contact with me from the customer team and still no contact!

Fantastic website. I searched through Skyscanner for my flight and The Travel House was amongst the agents to be directed to. I checked out the reviews first and i am really glad I did. Really easy to buy my flights. I queried a couple of things via the WhatsApp chat option and I received replies almost immediately. My e-tickets came less than an hour of making the booking. I would definitely recommend this website and I would use them again.
