My first order had half dosages arrive much later than advertised. when I paid for full. Thought maybe it was a mistake. Second order same thing. This is a SCAM site.
I Initially experienced what I felt was unethical business practices. However after posting a negative review I got a call back and they resolved my issue very well, and are looking into fixing their systems. First they asked for my credit card info before sharing the price. Then, even though I abandoned cart and didn’t complete the purchase I still got billed. I received a message from the prescribing doctor, and even though I didn’t respond, it got approved and I was billed. However because Canada post was on strike I never received the package. I also found out I was signed up for a recurring subscription! I had to have them cancel that. But after they called me back and said they would work on their system and gave me a refund I feel a lot better. JAYMIE was an excellent rep who not only resolved my issue, but also ensured that the company fixed its web design and systems to prevent such issues in the future and provide a smooth experience.
Excellent costumer service as usual. Answered all my questions professionally and response was quick. Received a tracking number by email!!! Shipping was fast and on time. Packaging in excellent condition. Do not hesitate to order!!!!

**UPDATE** // I spoke with Aba, one of the 3 owners of the company on the phone and he was understanding when I explained my hesitation and fears. He reimbursed the payment that was taken and waived the cancellation fees. At this point, I'm no longer opposed to doing business with MyRocky.ca and am considering finishing the process to actually submit my first order. // This below is the email reply I sent after I decided not to go through with my first purchase and was told I would be charged a cancellation fee. Even though I didn't finish their process, my card was still charged for the order, then I received an email asking me to send a picture of my driver's license on the threat of more fees. "Hello, I mentioned it in my last email. If you read carefully, you will see that I'm uncomfortable with sharing so much personal information with your company. We are all aware of the presence and danger of cyber attacks, online fishing attempts and online fraudulent activities. Although I can't say with 100% certainty that your company is fraudulent since much of it does look professional and legitimate, I also can't ignore the subtleties in your ways to acquire my money. 1. When entering the website, there is no mention of the process I will need to go through in order to make a purchase. No warning of what I will be required to provide in order to fullfill an order and become a client. 2. During your first steps, you ask about what product I'm looking for, life habits and such. Once a product/plan is selected, I had to fill in personnal information like full name, address, phone number and even date of birth and social security number and had to put in my card information for payment. 3. Then followed a long questionnaire about myself, my general health and life habits and other things. 4. Once all that done, the very last step is a one way road forcing me to send you an actual picture of a personal ID of mine. Your website specified that the ID HAS to be a picture of my driver's license or my health care ID. Both of which containing even more personal information about me. The step in question, why I hereby refer to it as the one way end-road, is because only when I was stuck in that last step did your website conveniently decide to warn me that if I chose NOT to send a picture of my ID and thus, chose not go through with the order, I would be charged a cancellation fee. There was also no way for me NOT to agree with that ridiculous policy. At that point, there was no way for me fo opt-out, since your onboarding experience is designed to force me into a situation I wouldn't have started to begin with, had I known I would have to provide so much personal information ALONG WITH an actual picture of my ID. Oh, and my SSN as well... There was no transparency beforehand and no way back afterwards. You see, legitimate companies usually won't build a system that can only result in money coming out of my account even if I wasn't able to actually submit the order. Knowing I refused to finish the process, never accepted the fee and left your website right away. Regular companies usually provide much information about the requirements for becoming a client and will be understanding when the requirements can't be met by the client for any reason. At that point, the client is simply not onboarded, and business is not concluded. Instead, I had to enter online payment information, send payment for what looked like a simple ordering process then I was forced into having to send Confidential information on the threat of being charged even more money. Again, I can't affirm with 100% certainty that your company has a fraudulent agenda due to the mixed online reviews showing some positive feedback, though I am more than uncomfortable with HAVING to provide you with all the information required to steal someone's identity. Would you like me to clarify further why I do not wish to go through? Please refund all charges sent to my account and if you wish me to proceed with the order, please provide sufficient evidence of your trustworthiness and I will consider. Sincerely."
